It seems lately the consensus is after Monday night is that Garrett is done with the right losing record by seasons end. What is the possibility that Garrett is retained, but Linehan becomes the guy on the chopping block? If the right coordinator is brought in would we still have fans jumping off the cliff? Or sticking around to see the results? I'm just thinking that Garrett has already had a lengthy enough resume to warrant being fired. What has really changed at this point to say, ok, that is too much you're done for Jerry? I think the only way he is fired is if Linehan is let go first during the season but we still maintain the same course after that. I just think the security blanket Garrett has is about the size of the American flag that covers the entire field on certain pre game ceremonies. We might have the NFC equivalent to Marvin Lewis here where you can't do anything to be fired just by losing.
