Is Garrett hiding the Aces in his sleeve?

I recall that in training camp from the 12 personnel formation, both TE's would shoot up the seams and I don't remember seeing this happen in any of the games so far. Also we ran quite a few TE screens to Marty B but haven't seen that either. One thing that really stands out is that we are NOT making teams pay when they blitz and this has been our #1 problem for the offense these last two years.

For all the hype we heard about this formation it just seems to be so lackluster in the deception department and I just keep thinking that Garrett is being really conservative on the plays he's calling in this set. Is a confidence problem in Marty B or Garrett just really not that innovative.

I don't get it though.. what are we saving it for? What's it going to matter if we're 7-8 going into the final game? Oh man, can't wait for Jason to let go of those aces in our all-important meaningless game!

I don't either but we could do alot more things with this set but it just looks so vanilla right now it is disappointing as hell. We should be passing/running (50/50) out of this set but we seem to run more out of this set and pass out of the shotgun trips. (predictable)

See, I agree. It took Felix Jones til the 3rd game to get a reception. What happened to splitting him out wide or using him like the Eagles used to use Brian Westbrook? All the talks this entire offseason about creating mismatches with Felix was nothing but garbage.

I really wouldn't be so frustrated/depressed if our team just sucked like our Dave Campo 5-11 years. My biggest gripe is the fact that we DO have a ton of talent, and we're just letting it waste away. It's one thing to be a crappy team and it's a totally different thing to be a talented team playing like crap.

I don't think he hiding an ace anywhere.

His head? Yes, I think he has that firmly hidden.

Another good point...that's just the exact thing I'm afraid of that we have the players but the coaches don't see it that way. It's already been reported again this yr that this offense is predictable and it's only week 4 going into 5.

:bang2:

He is probably putting the finishing touches on another awesome double pass, that was his ace in the hole for his amazing offensive game plan against the Eagles last december.

He calls just a good enough game if everything goes right we can win. To many times defenses know what our audibles are and exactly what to do do stop it. To be honest Im about ready to punt this entire coaching staff. NOW! Prossman

Can't say "Playoffs?" w/o thinking of Jim Mora. That will always be a classic.

Which annointing was more off, Garrett's offensive genius or Romo's QB prowess? Personally, I'm not happy w/ him right now, but I still believe in Romo.

This by far. Ginger took over an allready potent offense, he took the 5th ranked offense to the 3rd ranked offense before completely tanking last season. Hardly the work of genius, hardly deserving of the contract that he got.

Nope.

Jason Garrett is in over his head, he along with Wade Phillips should have been shown the door last season.

He has proven that he doesn't know how to recognize talent and integrate it into the offense.

Why Martellus Bennett hasn't been worked into this offense more is beyond me.

Jason Garrett's master plan:

pretend to be terribly simple on offense for 4 games MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA
