Just thinking.....

Zeke gets a six game suspension for domestic violence. There is no video.
There is a dispute as to what happened. Reports say he and the victim worked out the problems.
The investigator recommends no action.

Still, he's serving six games in NFL jail.

Gronk pulls a wrestling move; assaulting/elbowing a guy laying face down on the turf, in the back of the head, during a televised game, sending the victim into concussion protocol. Sport shows replay the video. Its all over the internet.

Nobody defends his action. He admits it was wrong.

Gronk gets one game suspension.

I'm not real bright, but something don't add up.

We all are in mostly agreement the Zeke suspension is bollucks from the ground up. Going forward all it takes is a he/she said and it’s a six game suspension. Well we need to send Dfw or phillys best gals to accuse. This is today’s nfl. Where half the people who cared no longer do.

apples and oranges

I saw the thread title and thought "is this a question of who is the better player?" and my answer would be a resounding OMG, NO!, GRONK IS NOT BETTER THAN ZEKE

now that I know this is about treatment of these players and the NFL being out to get Dallas my answer is a resounding OMG, NO!, GRONK IS NOT BETTER THAN ZEKE

That would be a silly question to pose anyway since they play different positions. The argument would become is Zeke a better RB than Gronk is a TE...basically how do they compare to their peers? I'd say they are both at or near the top of their position groups.

As for the OP's point...their suspensions are not really comparable. However, I do think Gronk deserved far more than just the one game.

IF that's all it takes. Landry should be in jail and out of the league after that video surfaced. However, nothing has happened before or after the video came out. If you take @aria at his word. There is no bias towards the Cowboys whatsoever though lol

The "Goodell math" never adds up.........PLUS Gronk isn't a Dallas Cowboy.

Definition: Domestic violence involves violence or abuse by one person against another in a familial or intimate relationship.

Now that we got that out of the way, the real difference here is the fact that Gronk while making 147 yards on 9 receptions could be considered making the Bills defense his um well lets say woman for the night, he did so without being intimate with anyone. If only Gronk would have maybe singled out that poor sole he gave a concussion to and grabbed his chest or groped his behind, we might be seeing a different treatment being used. Who knows, things might not be so different then. lol
