This team isnt as good as was predicted or we hoped for...

This team is what it is.....last 12 games we are 6-6

We have talent.....but not as much as alot of us thought.

Coaching could be better........I dont think we scheme very well....but that being said....players have to execute and they are not doing their jobs.

All those pro-bowl players we had last year hurt us......it raised our expectations.

Where is Zach Thomas?
What has Hamlin done since signing the contract?
Our OL has played poorly recently......Houck?
Where are our leaders? Romo? Owens? Ellis? Ware?...etc?

I'm not going to say they are done, but to say there aren't major flaws right now is sticking your head in the sand. The hope I'm clinging onto right now is that we're having our traditional December swoon right now, and we'll be good to go in November.
