Is it Jerry or the people around him that influence him?

What Broaddus stated is 100% correct, the man was in the building, an NFL scout for 13 years, he knows what's going on in the building.....Drafts should be handled by the scouting department, not coaches on the staff....for years since Jimmy was forced out, the problem has always been People OUTSIDE the organization(friends of Jerry) that get in Jerry's ear last that effected draft selections.....
If you're the boss and the results say your people are giving you bad advice, it's your fault for continuing to listen to them. Get new people who know what they're doing.

Is it Jerry who makes the decisions, or is it others in the organization that persuade him to do otherwise. It's been said that if you get to Jerry last, you can persuade him to think your way. As far as we know, Jerry could have had a BRILLIANT idea**, and someone said otherwise and he went with it. If this is true, should Jerry continue to listen, get better people around him who know how to build a team, or keep on doing what he's doing??

**(Can Jerry actually have a BRILLIANT idea??) Lol, please give your thoughts
It’s all Jerry because Jerry decided so.

It’s my opinion that he dictates to the coaching staff what players get the most playing time, based on who he likes the most or who is the most popular player(s)

Jerry’s an evil human being and it doesn’t appear that his children are any less evil.

Jerry is not evil. lol We disagree with him about how to run our favorite football team. Evil is a whole other thing.

And how many years and how many people have been telling Jerry to hire a real GM again???? How has that worked out, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result.

Broaddus was crying on the postgame show yesterday that it wasn't Jerry who had failed, it was all the people who advised Jerry. Said Jerry was basically a victim all these years.

Such pathetic excuse-making. If your people keep giving you bad advice, you fire them and hire better people. It's ultimately on the GM, just as Jerry has wanted it all these years.
Trying to cry his way back to taking Jerry's money directly. Broaddus was part of the problem in Jerry's ear.

I agree with you 100%, but what Broadus mentioned included Jerry taking unsolicited advice from non-employees as well (like Aikman, and other past players and people in the league/media, etc.). Either way, that is still an indictment of the GM (even more so if you allow people who are just mouth pieces to have an influence to that degree. in your personnel decisions).

Is it Jerry or τους ανθρώπους γύρω του που τον επηρεάζουν?

Both!

I bet you he feels bad until he see the profits and say "****" and laughs lol

i think jerry is an idiot on his own(in football stuff)...regardless of who is around him.
