We're going to need a kickoff specialist for Vanderjagt, right? How about we get one of the better kickers out there rather than waiting for free agency? Chances are our 7th rounders might not make the team anyway.

Good thought, take a K who will make the team, not a pick that will end up on the PS when a UDFA can do that. But they would know if that's what they really want to do.
However, I doubt they do that. They may opt to work with McBriar to KO, save the roster spot.

Its a waste of a draft pick IMO you can get one through FA if needed
