Is it Murray or the O-Line?

I like Randle, but by this logic, why can't Dunbar be? If Murray went down, Dunbar would probably be 3rd on totem pole to fill his spot.

Because hes not a traditional between the tackles running back. Hes a scatback.

Our O-line has improved yearly since we started investing 1st round picks in it. That said, Murray was still doing really well before then so make no mistake we have a very good back on our hands one that we really shouldn't let go of. The fumbles suck but I mean even AP has gone through spouts of fumbleitis. Right now the guy is racking up the yards he needs to work on ball security but I definitely want to keep this guy at least through one more contract.

Mostly the line, but Murray deserve some credit outside the league-leading fumbles.
He's running well.

I suspect a healthy Williams would do just as well, except for the pass blocking.

Both. Football is a game of synergy. Murray doesn't look nearly as nice as he does now without that O-line, but then again we don't get some of those necessary plays if Murray isn't back there.

Murray has averaged 5+ yards per carry in 3 of his 4 seasons, including this season thus far. Can we please give the guy some credit?

Our OLine didn't create much space for him yesterday and STL had quite a few tackles in the backfield. 21 carries for 22 yards. Murray was able to break free on a couple big runs but for the most part their DL controlled the LOS in the run game.
