Jamaal Adams is actually very similar to Darren Woodson but Adams can't cover a WR like Woodson could. Woodson compared to his peers was a rare athlete while Adams is merely a good one. Adams is still probably top 5% as a strong safety but Adams measured practically identical to what Woodson did 25 years later. And in 25 years, the average NFL athlete has advanced a long way.
I have no comment on what the value of Jamaal Adams translates into in terms of draft capital or salary cap but he'd be a huge asset to have on the team if he was on it.
