Is Joseph Randle healthy? I believe he hurt his hammy a few games back

I think either Randle or Dunbar hurt their hammy in the Eagles game.

oh he healthy but clearly lacks a burst and is nothing more than low level back-up RB. I think he has a Tashard Choice type career.

He was active for the Raiders game. He plays special teams.

Choice was not horrendous, maybe fumbled the ball too much and had a questionable attitude, but the guy was a decent back.
I remember the last Thankgiving game agaist the Raiders he ripped off a 60 + td run.

Agreed. I was just starting to get excited about Dunbar and was thinking we need to use more screen passes with this guy and he has the ability to take the ball to the house at any time. He was a great 1-2 punch with Murray. I hate to see him out for the season.

Wrong. His entire stretch at the end of 08 was solid. He averaged well over 4 ypc.

lol, yeah, because YPC are the end all be all on how good a RB is. Lets forget the fumbling and all around dumb play of a RB. Why do you think Choice NEVER became anything in the NFL? Because he sucked thats why.

Sucks, Huge Loss. Was happy for Dunbar .. Now. nothing behind Murray.

But, all these injuries, around the league even. It's clear that fact that these players can't practice more or harder during the weeks and off season, is why we are seeing a slew of injuries.

Choice was the king of the slide though folks. If you don't know what I speak of you aren't a real cowboys fan because you don't follow training camps
