Is Maliek Collins the answer at 3T?

Yeah I really hope that nerve fires up. I want to see that Lee Smith duo. And I hope it doesn't turn out like the Lee Carter duo did.

Lee is due for a fall off pretty soon. I doubt we benefit from the duo for any significant amount of time. At best it would be for next year with the slim chance that both stay healthy

 

[Verdict]

Collins was a 3rd round pick this year, but it was a high 3rd round pick. Not much difference in him and a late 2nd rounder. Crawford was also drafted in the 3rd round if I remember correctly, but later in the 3rd....I think.

The point is we shouldn't be surprised a high third round pick is contributing. He should be as high as he was drafted.
