KM knows x's and o's. Shotty might have a little better demeaner. Problem is shotty who admitted he doesn't know x's and o's will call plays. Might as well just let Dak call his own plays.

The problem is not Shotty, since everyone deserves a chance. The big problem is the Jones who continue to deceive the fans, and the fans fall for their deceptions. Prepare yourself for 4 years of the same thing, not because Shotty is not capable, but because of the Jones incompetence.

Not everyone deserves a chance... Shotty has been around long enough that people can form a good assessment on whether he is any good as a coach.

KM ran an option-route heavy passing offense in Dallas, then dumbed it down to a Saquon rushfest in Philly. He's got multiple tricks in his bag, and he's willing to adapt his scheme to the talent he has.

Schottenheimer has basically been calling the same offense for 17 NFL seasons... inside-zone heavy Martyball. He's had two top 16 offenses by yardage in those 17 seasons. Some of them were tough situations, like a Mark Sanchez led offense or the Jeff Fisher Rams. But he's never elevated an offense he's been on, or even really changed his scheme to fit it. And he's had as many opportunities as literally any OC in football.

Head coach is one thing, but as an offensive coordinator, Moore has a vastly superior track record.
