cant imagine giving a first if they also knew they wouldn’t be able to make moves in free agency next year. Guess we will see

Amari is gonna need a 15m$ a year contract coming up. You lost a first and your financial flexibility. Unless you just let him walk after 1 year?

We are saving our money for DLaw, Beaser, then Dak, LCollins and then Zeke

Now we have to add ACooper and BJones

We will not spend big on FA...... maybe a DT.......just kidding

He will make 13.9mil next season. I suspect he will be asking for more than that.

One would think that the FO has a plan for extending Cooper now. At least I hope so, otherwise this trade is beyond stupid. Maybe it is an incentive laden contract with a high threshold?

It better be.

The only positive I can see is if we dont make the playoffs maybe garrett is fired for surre

I think adding cooper limits your ability in free agency
You can’t give up that pick and not sign him and he has you by the sack in negotiations

By years end we'll be able to sign cooper for league minimum after seeing him in this offense.

We have no plan, just what's on JJ's mind at this minute on this day.
I think Garrett pushed Jerry's wrong button......Jerry's gone all "Jack Nicholson" at The Star today.....Heeeeeeeeeeeeere's Jerry.

I was expecting Dallas to make noise in free agency by signing Earl Thomas and either the best WR or TE available. Then use their 1st rounder to go after a TE or WR depending on the free agency signing.

Sucks we won't have a 1st round pick in 2019. Let's hope Cooper makes an immediate impact
