Is OBJ a necessity now?

Why should they be piling assets onto an offense with a QB who has trouble seeing the field from a challenged pocket? Unless OBJ is 340 pounds and fills gaps like an immovable object, hell no they don't need OBJ.

We should be getting rid of older players and getting ready for a re-build around some good young defenders we have....not signing expensive old guys.

Did brown play badly? How many times did Brown run a play where he was more than a decoy or blocker?

Gallup on the other hand, is terrible this year. Looks like he is going to need an offseason to get back into be able to play WR, right now he should be a #4 at best.

He will be another WR that is open, but never has the pass thrown to him. It doesn’t matter how good OBJ is if the QB doesn’t throw him the ball. It will be a waste of money at this point of the season. OBJ has been injured and it could take several games for him to return to form if he returns to form this season. It is entirely possible that he doesn’t return to form at all during this season.

Defense can’t stop the run that means we need WR that can convert on 3rd down to help with TOP and goal line conversion.
