Yes we have Guyton but he struggled, I think moving him back to where he's comfortable at you right tackle would help his growth. You then take Richards who is awesome, and plug him in at LT. We have huge needs, I'd hate to see us take an OT with the 12th pick. What are your thoughts

First thing that needs to be done is get an offensive line coach that can assess who the best five players are and what positions they should play taking advantage of their strengths and not putting them in positions of weakness.

These young guys need to get in the weight room and pound the weights all offseason and get strong there should be incentives paid for strength bench press squat all the basic exercises.

These Young bucks need to put on their man weight and build power.
Beyond that Jerry needs to stay out of the offensive line and let the coach decide who plays not their draft status or previous play it's what you can do now that matters and yes I think we have the players on the team now to man our offensive line.

The talent is here. We need an offensive line coach, until that happens you're just moving pieces around the chessboard.
