If we don't win look for a major house-cleaning to start next week.

I thought it would be 10-6 but wasn't disappointed in losing to Detroit since I expected it as the 'Boys have fallen apart since the N.O. game. They could beat Seattle tonight if they play like they did in mid-season but if they play like they have the last few weeks, they'll lose. I would like to see them win but if they don't care to exert themselves, well it's no skin off my back and it won't bother me. If they don't care enough to play with intensity and determination, why should I care?
JJ or BP, whoever plans on being here next year, needs to take a close look at who gets fired up for this game and who doesn't and consider trading away those who don't in the off-season, win or lose.
Who knows, maybe my perception is faulty and they have just been sandbagging these last few weeks and will come on like gangbusters during the playoffs; I hope so, but the lackluster play of the last few weeks is not worthy of getting excited about, nor are players who play like they don't care.
I have no plans to get excited about this game and invest any emotion in it, one way or another; I will observe the game as closely as I can and study both teams without any emotion, win or lose, the same way I will watch all the other playoff games. I will immensely enjoy all the great plays and game-changing events of all the teams without prejudice for or against any team (Well, all right, a little prejudice towards the Boys.) It's the great football I want to watch, regardless of who plays it and I'm not going to lose my cool if teams other than the Cowboys make great plays - that's what I watch football to see.
Yeah, I know, I'm a zombie, but I got that way by caring too much about things I am not personally involved in and have no voice in the management of. I have allowed my feelings to be trashed so many times that I just don't allow that anymore.
I have to say I am disappointed in how the Boys finished their season and if they don't do something in the playoffs to restore the luster, their future doesn't look as good as it did at Thanksgiving.

Once again, journeyman of the obvious.
