I've never done this before, but this is my prediction:

I am optimistic and believe the Cowboys win the SB this year.

No I am NOT being sarcastic.

I am joining the Faithful.

So many of you believe TO can "win" this game for us.

Why should I be all nervous and frantic tonight, panicking that the season ends in 24 hours ..when you all have the Faith to shelter you.

Hell, I can put aside my hate if it means I too can just trust in TO's great talent and rest easy.

In fact, I feel the soothing effects of the mantra flooding thru me already...it's like a warm river of , whatever.

TO's enormous talent can overcome ANYTHING.

:lmao: You crack me up. There's nothing to be nervous about though. the TO/TG show will kickoff tonight with a big bang.

Thank god December is over and every team is now 0-0.

2006 is history folks so please let me introduce our new 2007 championship Cowboys !

New Years resolutions...

Zimmer - I will blitz more this year and stunt the D-line.

BP - I will let Zimmer bring the pressure, matter of fact I might not even show up on game day.

J. Jones - Watching tape this year I noticed I can start using cutback lanes, man look at all of the open room out there !!

B. James - Well here I am in Philly, but where is the rest of the team ? Why did BP send me out here a day early to scout there guys ? Well at Marco rivera is here with me. Hey Marco, what hotel are we staying at ?

Hotel - So now I have competition for my job ? What the heck is this, guess I actually have to play the whole game and concentrate every play, this sucks.

O. Hoyte - I was just told I'm playing on every down on offense, cool, I can't wait to hit 2-3 different guys every play.

TO - Just bought stock in Jiffy pop !

Here's to a new year all !

NO,

Barber, Glenn and Crayton will have huge games, Crayton will probably get a mismatch since he is the 3rd WR and the SEA secondary is devestated with injuried. Barber WILL have a great game, 2 scores, mark it down!!!

Glenn will have a big game, gotta good feeling fellas!
DAL wins 27-23

If we don't win look for a major house-cleaning to start next week.

I thought it would be 10-6 but wasn't disappointed in losing to Detroit since I expected it as the 'Boys have fallen apart since the N.O. game. They could beat Seattle tonight if they play like they did in mid-season but if they play like they have the last few weeks, they'll lose. I would like to see them win but if they don't care to exert themselves, well it's no skin off my back and it won't bother me. If they don't care enough to play with intensity and determination, why should I care?

JJ or BP, whoever plans on being here next year, needs to take a close look at who gets fired up for this game and who doesn't and consider trading away those who don't in the off-season, win or lose.

Who knows, maybe my perception is faulty and they have just been sandbagging these last few weeks and will come on like gangbusters during the playoffs; I hope so, but the lackluster play of the last few weeks is not worthy of getting excited about, nor are players who play like they don't care.

I have no plans to get excited about this game and invest any emotion in it, one way or another; I will observe the game as closely as I can and study both teams without any emotion, win or lose, the same way I will watch all the other playoff games. I will immensely enjoy all the great plays and game-changing events of all the teams without prejudice for or against any team (Well, all right, a little prejudice towards the Boys.) It's the great football I want to watch, regardless of who plays it and I'm not going to lose my cool if teams other than the Cowboys make great plays - that's what I watch football to see.

Yeah, I know, I'm a zombie, but I got that way by caring too much about things I am not personally involved in and have no voice in the management of. I have allowed my feelings to be trashed so many times that I just don't allow that anymore.

I have to say I am disappointed in how the Boys finished their season and if they don't do something in the playoffs to restore the luster, their future doesn't look as good as it did at Thanksgiving.

Once again, journeyman of the obvious.

Hey I agree on the "Zombie" thing...

I feel the same way.

I've never been this emotionally separated from a Cowboy playoff team as I am this one.

I would liken it to a "beaten dog".

You can only take so many beatings until you come to expect them and you do your best to avoid putting yourself in any circumstance that may lead to another.

I've got a life to lead I can't be feeling sick over this pathetic mess 24/7. :)

lol you guys. This is the same team that captured your hearts years ago. The players may change but the emblem remains the same. Pop a cold one and enjoy your Cowboys beat up on the Seahags today.

Yeah, normally after football ends I go snowmobiling in upstate NY, I hear they have seadoo's out on the 4th lake in Old Forge, NY. It's supposed to 65 degrees here in CT today.

Well Hos, I'm taking out the hog today instead of the sled...

Unbeliveable, Thankgiving was colder than X'mas.

Thanksgiving was also when we were playing our best ball.

The cold returns next week, if we can get through this game tonight we are on a roll. If Old Forge get more than a foot of snow next week (or Chicago, where I hope we play) we will roll.

The only problem we have in these playoffs is if we end up with the NFC championship at home against NY. We desperatly need to play all away games to make it to the Superbowl.
