Is our Super Bowl window closing? If so, the coaching/personnel changes come at a bad time

Dear chaps solar panel scammers and visitors from Togo, the recent coaching changes were needed (except Philbin).
But the changes come during what I consider our last-gap chance for a Super Bowl.
Here are some bumps on the pickle we are in.
1. The usual FA losses (no one major, but still disruptive.)
2. The change in coaching, the biggest, RB coach Skip Peete and miracle worker Philbin.
3. We heard Sequel Elliott's swan song as he was knocked on his ash on the last play of the season. He is history. But is Pollard, still rehabbing up until TC 2023, one upon to depend? Healing is one thing, overcoming the psychological hurdles of a broken leg is quite another.
4. OC change will be huge. Is Deek ready for a revised playbook and a new enabler? Is Deek a quick learner?
5. With our QB/RB situation as it is and O line needy, will Quinn and the D be locked out of the draft in rounds 1-2?
6. Play calling. Fat Mac or the new OC? It will be interesting.

All this upheaval during our supposed window closing period. Not good.
And, too, ruffians and scalawags, The Eagles are the real deal for the next 2 years and the Washington and N.Y. teams have reloaded.

A perfect storm approaches, and we keep whistling past the train yard.

Has our window closed? Is it closing? Is our change in coaching disruptive? Is Jake from State Farm the worst actor in history next to Randy Travis?

Holla!

Our SuperBowl window isn't closing.

Our SuperBowl window (with this group of players) was never open to begin with.

It was like one of those sliding glass doors, that LOOK like they're open, but then when you walk full speed into it and smack ur face and fall backwards like an idiot, you realize it was closed tight all along.

I actually thought we had one in the 21 season. Then the second half of the season happened. This season I never thought we had a window. Not even after the Minnie game. I had some slight hopes after Brady couldn't get anything going in wildcard, but once again SF handed us a reality check.

Coaching Changes Don’t Usually Take You To The Super Bowl The Year Of The Changes
If anything it could be a transition year.

Our Super Bowl window could easily reopen by adding a few good key pieces.

A few players with mega contracts would have to go through, and that’s not going to happen.

Our hope right now has to be that the D continues pressuring the QB, Micah continues doing his thing, and Prescott rips a 2012 Joe Flacco-esque run in the playoffs.

Dear lad, I canna see a smooth offensive transition and a befuddled Dak and Sequel learning new schemes and play calling by Clock Manager Fat Mac.
A perfect storm of ineptitude.

I really think the league has figured Micah out as edge/DE.
It is up to Micah to be the best true LB in the NFL.

It's not closing, but I'm convinced we're not getting there w/ Dak. Hope he proves me wrong.

you are absolutely right, when all the fans want a 12 win coach to be fired every four years then it will never ever open.

No window since Jimmy and his team left, won’t be any before Jerry passes away either. Only once they get legit GM will a window open again.

The Cowboys are at a cross roads right now. They have assembled a pretty good defense that could use a few players. They have pretty good offense that needs a few players. The problem is Dak! If they extend his contract the Cowboys SB window chances slam shut. They need to keep building the team and draft a QB.
