Is our Super Bowl window closing? If so, the coaching/personnel changes come at a bad time

Doubt it matters now. I think this was the suppose to be the year. The NFC hasn't been this lackluster in recent memory, and Dallas was relatively healthy.

Dear chaps solar panel scammers and visitors from Togo, the recent coaching changes were needed (except Philbin).
But the changes come during what I consider our last-gap chance for a Super Bowl.
Here are some bumps on the pickle we are in.
1. The usual FA losses (no one major, but still disruptive.)
2. The change in coaching, the biggest, RB coach Skip Peete and miracle worker Philbin.
3. We heard Sequel Elliott's swan song as he was knocked on his ash on the last play of the season. He is history. But is Pollard, still rehabbing up until TC 2023, one upon to depend? Healing is one thing, overcoming the psychological hurdles of a broken leg is quite another.
4. OC change will be huge. Is Deek ready for a revised playbook and a new enabler? Is Deek a quick learner?
5. With our QB/RB situation as it is and O line needy, will Quinn and the D be locked out of the draft in rounds 1-2?
6. Play calling. Fat Mac or the new OC? It will be interesting.

All this upheaval during our supposed window closing period. Not good.
And, too, ruffians and scalawags, The Eagles are the real deal for the next 2 years and the Washington and N.Y. teams have reloaded.

A perfect storm approaches, and we keep whistling past the train yard.

Has our window closed? Is it closing? Is our change in coaching disruptive? Is Jake from State Farm the worst actor in history next to Randy Travis?

Holla!
That open window was only opened by a couple of inches. Our Wiz Kid OC couldn’t game plan for S, nor get out of his own way. Dak regressing didn’t help matters either.

A new voice in the offense is needed. We all keep getting told how talented this roster is. Maybe that new voice will finally put it all together. Maybe not.

desperate times call for desperate measures.

not sure if McCarthy bought into moore. its more like Moore was shoved on to him from Jerry and due to Moore's relationship with Dak. it was a bad idea from the get go and that was discussed a lot when McCarthy first joined.
I never liked the Idea of Moore being promoted to OC with all of one year total coaching experience anywhere. let that sink in.

My crystal ball indicates more losing ahead, less wins in 2023.
For sure. Much harder schedule
Arizona Cardinals
Buffalo Bills
Carolina Panthers
Los Angeles Chargers
Miami Dolphins
San Francisco 49ers
Detroit Lion
Los Angeles Rams
New England Patriots
New York Jets
Seattle Seahawks

Jerry Jones's window is always open. He just needs a year or two to retool.

I really think the league has figured Micah out as edge/DE.
It is up to Micah to be the best true LB in the NFL.
For this to happen the onus is on the Jones boys to procure personnel that will permit Micah to move back to the position he was drafted to play.

Dallas never had a Super Bowl window. You have to know what you're getting into as a Dallas fan. Being a Cowboys fan is akin to buying a 5000 ft² house with six foot ceilings.

Lots of potential but don't look up.
Clever. I like it.
