Just my opinion..........Parcells does not want to tip his hand on this, but rather keep Washington guessing. Why not, they will be stocking the line to stop JJ, why not keep them unsure as to how potent our passing attack might be?

If I were betting though, I say Price suits up.......Jerry didnt pay the money to have him on the sidelines..........Price will catch at TD tonight. Our passing attack will hurt Washington when they look to only stop Julius.

who are the Quads? Key, Glenn, Crayton, Price, Witten, Julius, are all very capable players. Bledsoe showed really well last week, throw him in there too......that's seven right there.......wait till we starting adding up the defense.

I really hope Price suits up. The poster above made a good point about Parcells possibly just playing mind games here. If his plan is to suit him up, why tip the Commanders to that any earlier than he has to (ie. game time)?

It seems peculiar that we would so heavily pursue Price, only to sit him the majority of the season waiting for injury. I realize special teams are important, and it'll be difficult to get him on the field, but Parcells loves effective rotations. Why would receiver be any different?

And hasn't Parcells said Davis may be back on special teams? Could he take Copper's spot?

It just seems like having Price out there would add another wrinkle to the offense, one that Washington may not be prepared for.

My point will be blown out the window if he doesn't suit up tonight, but Mattsdad made a terrific point above.

And to go off that, it just seems more sense to "unevil" Price tonight than it would against San Francisco. This figures to be a much more tightly contested game, and the element of the unknown *could* potentially play a hand in the outcome. We already have a completely different offense than the one Washington saw last year, and if we throw in Price, it's potentially even different from the one we featured in Week 1.

And if Jerry had his druthers...unveiling his new toy on Monday Night? Seems like Prime Time TV if the kid does anything.

Well I think Price will dress but you know what? I don't think we will see a 4 receiver set for another month. I don't think they'll go 5 wide all year in a meaningful play. I think Parcells will decide that the way to beat Washington is to test them deep often (off playaction of course, this ain't the Rams no matter how much some of ya'll want it to be). And the way to do that is with Price and Glenn. I don't think Price will be thrown to more than 3 times though.

I'm curious - why do you think the game with San Fran will be closer? Philly completely dismantled them yesterday. Are we as good as Philly? Probably not. But, I think the Cowboys can handle the 9ers just fine.

Endgame, I understood that Dale was referring to the Washington game as the one that will be more tightly contested. To confuse Washington rather than SF makes more sense because we need more advantages than we will need against the 9ers.
