No

He's an awesome pass rusher when lined up almost elite

but he sells out for it and leaves running lanes WIDE open.....whatever side he's on you can run for 100 yards on that side alone

so you'd have to ask yourself can you live with 14-18 sacks while having atleast 8-10 games where teams are ripping huge chunks of yards on his side alone

He couldn't even get nickelpass rush rotation reps - the Eagles basically shut him down and away from teams plans and expectations

- I do now wonder how coachable he is.- Quinn isn't for everyone

- He clearly will Not be on the Eagles 2023 season.

- i doubt he is coming to Quinn's unit - especially with all the poor run defense issues we had .. i feel we will lose Armstrong in FA.
But fully expect Sam Williams to make a move on the RDE starting role ..

- i think they will want Dante Fowler returning back before there's even a thought of a return of Quinn.

Armstrong is under contract for next two years.

i think sam williams is going to be a monster. just need a great DT, some average CBs to fill in for injuries, and this defense is going to be tough.

I thought our pass rush was dynamic this past season till we hit the wall. I attribute it to conditioning. I hope the coaches noticed this and will take action this off season. They also need a better strength training regiment.

It wasn't conditioning. The decline in sacks correlated perfectly with J-Lew and Anthony Brown going down. Secondary was locking receivers down first half of the season and the pass rush was getting home. After those 2 went out, our pass rush was neutralized by quick passes.

As a low budget third down pass rushing DE I certainly would. If this guy has shown one thing it is that he will rack up some sacks on a 1 year prove it deal.
