no.
i'd rather they draft a de.
We should do both. Giving him a non guaranteed 1 year deal for around 5 million does not stop you from doing anything. It has only upside. If he wants more then let him go somewhere else but there is no harm in having a look.

No

He's an awesome pass rusher when lined up almost elite

but he sells out for it and leaves running lanes WIDE open.....whatever side he's on you can run for 100 yards on that side alone

so you'd have to ask yourself can you live with 14-18 sacks while having atleast 8-10 games where teams are ripping huge chunks of yards on his side alone

Same way #11 does for this team

Nope. Totally faded in Philly.

We have limited cap dollars.

I'd rather spend it on a DT and hope Williams continues to develop at DE. With Lawrence, Armstrong, Williams and then sprinking in Parson at DE, that's a nice rotation. Spend the money on the DT spot.

When Quinn was here the constant gripe about him was being a liability of running plays. Why would you want that back? The Cowboys run D is already suspect, why add to it?

Heck no. We have enough young DE's. We were one of the best teams in the league at creating QB pressure. We need run stuffers and CBs.

Nope, unless it’s a low contract. Purely a 3rd down pass rushing specialist at this point in his career

DQ wants coachable players that easily adapt to the "team" concept. That's not Robert. He's a lone wolf that does his own thing and will not conform to a defensive system.
