It is a nice and expensive area

The name always creeped me out. I would drive by there and wonder 'what's going on in there'? Children of the Corn? Stepford? The only thing that would have stirred the imagination more would be to name it "The Hive".

Almost up with "The Hive" would be "The Collective"

a decade ago there was no one there,now it it trying to match its neighbor frisco in growth.

Like with most places, it depends on the neighborhood.

In general, and no offense to my friends in The Colony, there's more subpar areas than 'nice' when compared to neighboring cities.

The closer you are to Grandscape, the better. That area is newer with stuff to do. That said, it's not that close to the stadium. Actually, it's a lot closer to the practice facility in Frisco.
