Is the Cowboys 2027 1st round pick frozen

The said on the Fan that the pick is officially frozen, but that wouldn't keep Dallas from working a trade out and it remaining unofficial until the other pick officially conveys to the NYJ.

IMO, '27 draft is too good to trade that pick. Just have to hope GB doesn't make a deep playoff run.
