Dallas wins 67 games, Houston 52, Utah 51? How is this possible? How many games would these teams have won in the '80s early '90s?

It's hard to compare. They instituted a lot of defensive changes since then.

There were also a lot fewer teams back then. If you could cut back four or six teams from the association now, you'd have a handful of seriously loaded franchises.
