Is there a current list

The actual cap is supposed to come out tomorrow, so there won't be any actual figures in terms of how far teams are under it until then.

I thought it was announced to be 120.6M

I also wonder if it really matters how much any team is under the cap as of today because so many teams, including the Cowboys, will be restructuring multiple contracts during the next couple of weeks.

With our Cowboys, we may be offically around $17mm under the cap, but assuming we restructure/extend Romo, Ware, etc. the $17mm number will be severely dated.

But to answer your original question, I haven't seen the numbers as of today. :)

Salary Cap is down from pre-2010 level as part of NFL's "reset" of economics in new CBA. And no team spending minimums in 2012.

Restructuring should be BEFORE FA starts not after most of the top tier FA's are gone

I think it could be a pretty fluid situation.

For example, JJ/Stephen have already spoken with guys like Witten, Ware, Romo, etc. and told them what they may end up doing. But maybe they pull the trigger on Wed, Thurs or Friday next week with 1-2 of them. And then they pull the trigger on another player or two, if necessary, the week after.

Just me guessing though.
