No, it's remained in the same area.

Kinda feels like a mucle pull because it'll hurt slightly more if I stand up quick, turn, or stretch.

I think I'm just going to wait it out a day or so.

I had the same thing happen to me but it was due to lack of fiber in my diet. I'd go that route before blowing a ton of money on an MRI.
