Is there a star DC out there to make this defense elite?

Base Defences belong in the past, be like the Pats, scheme for that weeks opponent, switching between a fluid 3-4 and 4-3 front is not that difficult, it's all about getting the right players but more importantly the right coaches.

They really need to just beef up the line. This concept of running a 4-3 with undersized DTs has got to be taken out the dumpster. Marinelli thinks its a recipe for success. Yet we get run roughshod each and every game.

I would get the Raven's DC. Draft two DTs to eat up space and have Dlaw and Quinn set the edge. They been using that philosophy for years and it has worked.

Its time we go with another direction with everything. Offense, defense special teams and especially coaches. Wish can dump Jerry too but I don't think thats happening.
