He was such a great coach. I can't imagine he couldn't adjust. The bigger issue is the gap between his mentality and the players. These guys now are as "Hollywood" as they come. Talk about eating the cheese, coach would lose his mind. Lol

He was struggling to adjust when he coached the Cowboys. Old coaches get stuck in their ways. The game has changed. Parcells is 81 and has been out of football for years. The last game he coached he went one and done in the playoffs. He was 0-2 in the playoffs with the Cowboys.

He built up a talent depleted roster and left before it came to fruition. Too bad we didn't get a couple more years to know for a fact.

He definitely left us with a great roster. Found us a QB and a great tight end. Saw an interview with him a few years ago and he said he regretted leaving after he saw how good the Cowboys were the following year. We may not have faded in 07 had he stayed.
