Is this a FOX rule when it comes to Doubleheaders?

I remember when the NFC aired on CBS in the late 80's and early 90's, whenever the eagles played at 1pm at home, I never was able to see the Cowboys play at 4pm when it was a CBS doubleheader

Now that the NFC airs on FOX, I was just informed that even though the eagles play at home tomorrow at 1pm, the philly area will still get the Cowboys/Packers game at 4pm. Wonder if that rule changed once FOX took over the NFC?

I made plans to go out tomorrow afternoon because I thought the cowboys game would be blacked out in the philly area. Now I can stay home. lol


Does anyone else remember that old rule from CBS??
