It kind of is and it kind of isn't. The offense is set and Linehan is expected to fine tune it. The defense is basically being rebuilt with potentially 5 new starters.

I agree although we can't be certain about the offense until we see if Romo can hold up. Hopefully they emphasize the run this year, it'll take pressure off the defense.
