Is this a solid TV?

Another vote for plasma. I have a Panasonic 42" Plasma (TC-P42S30). My nephew loves playing his xbox 360 games on it when he comes over. Nice vivid colors, extremely fast refresh rate, etc.. If I had it to do all over again though, I probably would have bought the 50" model.

Same here, I love my Panny plasma. Still think the plasma picture is better than LCD, and they've even brought the power consumption on them way down to almost LCD levels.
