Just wondering if Norv being name assistant HC and offensive Cordinator is an upgrade? Then it would allow Singletary to become HC and someone like Bowles to be named DC and be helped out by HC?

Not sure Norv would go for it, but why not. We are closer to the SB than SF.

All Mike Nolan in SF needs to do is promote Singletary to HC and demote himself to DC.. since he's looking for a DC anyway.
