We bring in Norv for a 2 year contract and so he can work on Romo and help develop Garrett in his OC role. Along with Norv comes Singletary as our DC. We have a decent year next season (nothing spectacular) and then make a run at Cowher (or even Fisher) for HC starting in 2008. Norv's 2nd year get bought out and he ends up finding an OC job somewhere else in the league.

I know it's a lot of "what ifs", but... what if? Inking Cowher to a long term deal starting next year would just about make me wet. :laugh2:
