That was probably not a joke. That was him saying that he is in control not Jerry. Jerry is a very smart man. Since the early 90's this team has been average. Jerry is smart enough to pass the torch and not be the next Al Davis.

Stephen was the one who pushed for TO gone. He has been groomed since the days of Jimmy so is definitely ready. He's been the main voice Jerry listens to since BP left. Who knows when they make it official.
