Is this the case with 4pm games for all TV markets on the eastcoast?

Or is seeing halftime highlights of the 1pm games is now a thing of the past? Do some of you remember watching a 4pm game on CBS or NBC and was able to see highlights of 1pm games 25 years ago?

Now when the 4pm game is at halftime instead of seeing highlights I always hear stay tuned for your local news. That reallys annoys the hell out of me

That is your local network news station. I have seen that in some markets and it is annoying as hell.
