Is this the game that brings the Cowboys down to earth?

whats that get lucky, we werent that great two years ago defensively we just got lucky and played some bad teams....we are much much better defensively this year. I have no clue how they would want Champ Bailey because of us? please fill me in.
The Denver GM said they looked at teams that made the greatest defensive improvement year over year and we were at the top of the list. The GM said they saw that adding a great man corner gave the D a lot more flexibility to do different things.

The GM never named names but I don't think he meant Mario Edwards. ;)

Hopefully, we can reciprocate this week..you slap the silly Skins for us, we bring the Broncos up one in the loss column.

They have had an easier schedule than you..and they have Buffalo and Baltimore coming up while yours is tougher down the stretch. But who knows, the division could come down to your final season meeting with them. The wild cards in the AFC look like Cincy and Jacksonville right now.

I've had a pretty keen hatred of Shanahan ever since he did Reeves dirty, and tho Bill said today cited blocking as 'legal', I think it skirts the morality line. Screw glassy-eyed, over-rated, backstabbing Shanahan, cheater Kubiak, and that sodomizer Plummer.

I've hated this team for years. Would love to see us slaughter them on Turkey Day. But as Bill said today, they are all about 'execution'. We have to be on our game, and flawlessly so to beat them.

How 'bout some love for Mike S. running up the score on philthy like he was playing for a BCS spot?

The AFC West race will really get interesting if we can beat the Broncos and the Chefs take out the Patriots. That will put SD and KC 1 game back of Denver, with KC playing Denver in KC next week. So in 2 weeks, there could be a 3 way tie for first. Granted, I don't see KC winning the division. They'll do good to go 3-3 in their last 6. NE, Den, @ DAL, @ NJG, SD, CIN.

Ah - many doubted we could sweep eagles. Threw the reality flag out.

Denver? - They are in trouble on the road in our house on a short travel week.

It's funny seeing at the Chargers forums them rooting hard for the Cowboys, especially since most of them all year have been talking crap about the Boyz' and you can tell they hate us. but i guess we all do the same when you want another team to whoop somebody in your division LOL

I heard him mention specifically that he wanted to model what they were doing after Dallas and what they had done with Terence Newman.

either they say after a loss "dallas is a pretender"

or if a win "dallas is next to indy as the best team in the league"

The defense that has so many rooks may well fold against Anderson, Bell and Dayne. And Plummer is playing like a HOF QB.

I predict a score like Denver 38, Dallas 9. Three Cundiff FGs, that's all on Offense for Dallas. Bledsoe shows his age. Throws three picks.

And this board goes back to wishing it had a high enough draft pick to trade up and get Leinart.
Denver couldn't hang 38 on Dallas in two games.

the Cowboys will shut down the Denver's run and place the onus on Plummer and his arm.

with Henry back - i like our odds.

Yeah, at least there is one game worth watching on T-day.

The Detroit game is going to be Boring!!! They just cant put anything together since Barry left town.

I grew up with Fouts, Joiner, and Muncie. Of course I am a Charger fan, but my Dad is a big time Cowboys fan. That opening game was a lot of fun, for him:( Heres hoping both our teams win this week!

Go Cowboys and Bolts!

Now see I have always been a diehard cowboys fan but there was one other team during a time that I loved to watch...and the names you listed and the system they played in were the reasons I loved to watch them.
