I'm not going to believe any of this hooha until I see things materialize on the field. They've barked about things in the past that never seem to matter much or come to fruition.

SJ sayin they have the secret sauce is the same type of smack talk everyone does. It's a show and it's a game, SJ get's that part as good as his pappy. They've dun n did all they can for this years roster and it's time to see how it shakes out.

I think it is more than that. Jerry Jones on the Fan the other day said they have something "Up their sleeve" for the giants game.
And alluded it might be related to Stephen's Sauce.

What could we have up our sleeve? Is Ware going to surprise people with his dominance at end? maybe the Bease is looking legit Welker-esque

Cowboys TE had 19 catches total in the PS. Witten had none and Hanna had one. Escobar had 9 dumpoffs most of which happened in the final PS game when our 3rd team WR couldn't do jack downfield.

If there is a secret sauce then look no further than how we utilize our TE esp against those NYG LB and S.

Nothing new and certainly not a secret. Business as usual for the last 10 years.

I doubt anyone on the Giants staff is looking at the lack of receptions for Witten and thinking he's no longer going to be a factor in the game.

I think they'll do some different things with that. After watching Denver go nuts I'm lookin forward to seeing a healthy receiving corp in the first game this year.

I've been telling people this for a while. It's that we were trying to trick people into thinking we weren't going to use Witten, but they have yet to really see our base offense. One in which has been extremely successful for the Patriots.

Randy Moss became a non factor with the Patriots in 2010, but Brady was able to reach one of his highest levels anyway. That was because of the two tight end system.

Combined with the capacity to run the ball, which we assume we can do with Murray healthy and the offensive line improved,

We're 6-0 when Murray breaks 100 yards, we're 8-0 when he has 20+ carries per game. We're more effective running out of the 12 formation. The 12 formation should help Murray maximize his effectiveness. Perhaps some of that is self fulfilling, but I think the concept is pretty sound as to how good the team is when Murray is healthy and we're focused on running the ball.

Run the ball effectively and consistently with Murray.
Romo take care of the football.
Take advantage of mismatches in the Giants defense. They don't have the linebackers to match up with our tight ends. Dan Connor is their starting middle linebacker... He will have a difficult time with Hanna or Escobar.

Expect our offense to dictate to the Giants defense all night, which should help negate their pass rush.

Only way the Giants win this game is if they can get after Romo with their 4 down linemen.

We get up to a lead and the pressure is on Eli to comeback down 7 or 14, they guy will throw picks.

the 12 package in PS was just getting the formations down and showing Escobar how he needs to block in those scenarios...I would hope, nay EXPECT, that they unleash the passing portion of it in this game...the match-up problems are obvious with NY having less than stellar LBs and not exactly pro bowlers in the secondary....I am excited to see it in action (hopeful)

My guess is we run more hurry up offense. Romo thrives in it. Tires out the dline. JPP's lack of conditioning makes him a non-factor late. Boys win 31-23

Nice call on the hurry up and JPP.
