Is Zeke allowed at the team facilities this week?
Was he there yesterday and is he at practice today?

If there were any tweets or posts about it, I missed them. Usually you would think a reporter would tweet it.
I have not had ESPN or NFLN on to see any reports. Guess I stomach it and look to see.

Zeke's suspension is on hold which means he can be with the team

Yes he is. With this wild NFL bologna he can practice but might be kicked out by Friday. Where last week he couldn't and then came in on Friday.......the NFL is a joke.
It all has to do with the legal status of his suspension. As far as the NFL's concerned, he's suspended whenever the courts allow him to be. Last week there was no legal ruling stopping the suspension in place until Friday, so he was suspended until Friday. The legal ruling that went into place Friday is still in place, so he's not suspended now. There should be another legal ruling on or around Friday of this week.

Man this is BS from the NFL as we all know.
Last week he can't practice until Friday, then comes in to learn the game plan crash course.
so this week how does the team handle this, he prepares, then if screwed by NFL, the other RB's have to do the crash course.
Just more ways the team gets screwed by the NFL.

Let us all hope the judges will do the right think, give the injunction and clear him to play the rest of the season. Instead of this on and off and holding the team hostage as well as to how to prepare a game plan.

I am telling ya'll the NFL is very afraid we will go off on another SB run like the 90's and will be on a better playoff run thanNE has been lately. They really want to derail this.

I’m guessing we will definitely know by Friday on his status for Sunday. Hopefully, be able to put an end to this for good.

The only way to put an end to this for good is for the ruling to go against Zeke and for his suspension to start immediately. If Zeke wins this week, it might end up meaning he stays on the field the rest of this season (might not, though), but the wrangling will drag on for a long time.

Yea, I know. I just posted in frustration.

At this point i'm fine with it carrying over into next season as long as we get to keep him this season because our teams is looking legit right now but we hurt ourselves early on and every game is crucial with the way Philly is playing.

Ditto. I don't want anything messing with what we are building right now.

My gut is that he either starts the six games this weekend or he's good to go the rest of season.

I think we find out once and for all about this season here shortly.

But what the hell do I know? What do any of us know? Other than, the judicial system is a hot, rigged mess.

I thought the NFL had to make decisions about suspensions by end of day on Tuesdays? Shouldn't Zeke be eligible to play against Atlanta regardless of tomorrows ruling since it's coming on a Thursday? Ahh who am I kidding? The NFL doesn't play by the rules, not even their own.

I also think it's only fair for this to be decided (to have been decided) during the offseason. By choosing to wait until right before the season started, Goodell made it necessary for Dallas to carry McFadden when it could be carrying another player, it made it necessary for Elliott to file for injunction to keep the suspension from happening before his case is heard, it made it necessary for the team to have to go week to week not knowing what the courts will do.

If this punishment had been handed down in the offseason, then all of the questions for the team could have been resolved before the season started. That's why I want the courts to put it off until the next offseason. The league didn't have to wait until just before the season started to make a decision, it had a year to get that done. If it was willing to wait that long, then the NFL should be willing to wait until this plays out in the courts next spring.

So they will prepare for both. Elliot practices today, or Morris and McFadden practices, but Zeke prepares for gameplay. They practice tomorrow, while Zeke is in NY. Then Friday they go from there, depending if / when they get an answer.

Yeah, but the NFL and it's agenda do not work in the ways of logical thinking. They always have an underlying agenda to screw us over.

No, because technically, he's suspended already. It was appealed, so it's on hold.
