It's supposed to be tomorrow at 3 or 4 pm. If a player is on the active roster on Tuesday at 3 or 4 pm can't remember which, then he is eligible to play that week.

I can't give an absolute answer at this time but it's more likely than not. Zeke should win in court tomorrow. Or hell could freeze over and Henderson vacates suspension.

4p tomorrow is the deadline for Henderson for this week, I believe...but, that does not preclude Zeke's team from extending things anyway...I would think week #1 is almost a lock at this point....Mara just told Goodell not to bother sleeping over tonight, he's mad

Correction,if no ruling is handed down by 4pm EST on Tuesday 9/5/17,Zeke will play on Sunday.I was mistaken thinking that deadline was today.

I can't believe even if Henderson rules to uphold the suspension that we won't be granted an injunction until court hears it. There is clearly enough evidence that has come out in the news to at least make it a reasonable question whether Goodell abused his authority.
