On one hand, I've finally seen the promise and athleticism that the coaches have raved about in the past. He looks like a very talented returner, given he learns to protect the ball. Once this guy gets going, he looks like he's pretty damn hard to stop.
On the other hand, he's had ample time to learn basic ball protection, and doesn't do it. He doesn't look nearly as good running routes as he does on kickoff returns, and he's becoming an injury concern....much to Rampages' delight.
I'll continue to root for the guy, but at some point he's going to have to stay healthy long enough that we can afford to reserve a roster spot for him. I don't see him becoming a true wideout, but I see a return specialist and bit offensive player in him...a poor man's Hester if you will.

It'd be premature to give up on him now, of course, but he's flashing more buffoonery than brilliance. And that's not a good sign.
