From the luxurious confines of Air Cowboys America, the 50,000-watt lightning bolt of wise and unbending theory in Farmers Branch, the trailer hitch capital of the world.

Some words from J. Facenda from beyond:

Now as the summer starts its march into the horizon of autumn, where giants of the gridiron roam and their eyes roam to the sidelines filled with girly cheerleaders, the echoes of 80s years of football glory pronounce themselves upon the grass and hardened earth, punctuated by cleats and blood and sweat.

The Dallas Cowboys, among them, proud franchises of Landry, Gailey and now the bright and cunning Wade Phillips, prepare for the legends of the fall. The Giants, Commanders, Eagles and whoever else the NFL shall throw into the mouths of the mighty beasts from Irving.

Its fans, from tow headed kids in the pastures of Tomball to the steetwise of urchins of the mean streets of East Dallas, Plano and Highland Park to the real men of Farmers Branch and Brownwood, gather in clumps here and there. Teams of 6. Some with leather helmets, some with football jerseys redolent of grime and time they gather across the expanse of the Texas turf and the Red Dirt battlegrounds. Some with white shirts and ties of whom we shall not speak of in this manly forum.

In Dallas there is this magnificent team called the Dallas Cowboys.
To list their offensive and defensive firepower would be like listening to the stories of heroes in the HOF at night, where only the night watchman and Ben Stiller are testament to the stirrings and midnight re-enactments of glory.

One position keeps the great unwashed attentive: Will we get that vaunted second WR this year?

A Boldin? A Horn?

Therein lies the wisdom of the great Jerra: His answer is a resounding No.
Jerra knows that to load the team now with another perhaps costly (in terms of money and a roster spot) is sheer madness.

Has it not become apparent that T.O. is backed up by not only his WRs but by a whole cast of versatile offensive players?
Barber coming out of the backfield.
Witten and Curtis, too.
Felix, with that burst of speed, can add to the firepower.
Then Hurd, Stanback and Miles when he gets back.

Thus, as the Cowboys begin their march to the Super Bowl, emboldened by Jerra's generous use of money to assemble a team this great, and by their natural and learned skills, it should be apparent that the Cowboys need no such acquisition to the addition to the position of wide receiver.

Cowboys are going into the 2008 season with what it has.

And quite an assortment of magnificent players it will be.

A mighty assemblage of sheer power and magnificent offensive firepower and the yet sputtering but soon to be puttering defense. Mark these words from beyond. And put your money on the Grand Illusion in the third race at Santa Maria racetrack.

I now turn it over back to the award-winning and augustal 50,000-watt nerve center of football commentary and adroit anaysis.
