The World Wide Web was launched the same year we won the first Super Bowl under Jimmy. That’s a long long long time ago.

Unless the NFL gives us a SUPERBOWL aka the falcons game I don't foresee another SB trophy under a JONES GM.....

25 years is more than generation for Cowboy fans but in relative NFL realities it’s not near as long as some teams have waited or still waiting.

Here’s a few off the top of my head.

The Chiefs just waited 50 years.
Saints waited 43 years.
Steelers over 40 years
Patriots 40 years.
Lions and Browns over 60 years since last championship. And oldest teams in league without a Super Bowl appearance.

Lions and Browns need to meet in a SB. I probably won't live to see it, though.

Jerry is gonna show the world he is a football guy!!

He has earned that raht!

Right Jerry?

You turned it into a cash cow (it would have went there anyway), so you can now hold us all hostage forever.

I'm still a little stunned you get away with it, but then again, you probably are too.

I'll admit that I am getting antsy not winning another Super Bowl. Gotta stay patient.

Lakers back in the finals!

Imagine a leader of an organization falling far short of their competitive goals 25 straight times, and the same leader still having a job. And throw in his children (soon grandkids too) and we have the makings of the definition of insanity.

If the Cowboys ever win a SB again while Jerry Jones still breathes, he will deserve no credit. If it ever happens again, it will simply be because he was rich enough to continue standing at the craps table throwing the dice over and over and over and over, until he finally rolls boxcars. That’s not being brilliant. It’s being so insulated from accountability, you can keep losing until you finally win. That’s not admirable. That’s crazy.

It's simple. He devalues and disrespects coaching and how valuable it is....especially today, when you cant have a perfect roster.

He is still living in the 90s and thinks he can get a roster like Jimmy built and can be the defacto coach himself.

Another problem is they cant evaluate talent on their own, and they surround themselves with people who tell them what they want to hear.....like the players they picked are better than they really are.

What is he getting away with?
Many on here were held hostage the early day of the Dallas franchise under Tom Landry' coaching that took 7 years to win something.
What is he trying to do that every other owner has tried to do as well?
And Jerry who is obviously a smart man, and been around football his entire life. He knows more about football and 90% of fans on here, if not more.
:D
