Moore is buddy buddy with Dak. He wants Dak to get PAID. They’ve gone away from making Elliott to focal point in the offense this season and we simply cannot win when Dak is trying to be “the man”. Trying to pad his stats all season long, and it’s unsuccessful.

is he good enough to win with? YES. But, he needs the right supporting cast to do so. Elliott got 12 carries today, 12! And ran for 74 yards. I understand the fans that say “well you have to throw to catch up”. Sorry that’s not true. We abandoned the run right at the beginning of the 2nd half there was PLENTY of time. This coaching staff panicked as usual. We win when one thing happens with this team. When Elliott get 25 carries a game we’re successful.

it’s really insane how much this team has lost their identity this year. We were a solid run team that lined up (not out of stupid shotgun) and ran it down people’s throats. Those days seem ancient. Now we just run out of shotgun 80% of the time and we don’t run N/S most of the runs are E/W. It’s sickening.

our defense isn’t good enough to stop anyone if we don’t have a 10+ lead and that’s happened very few times this year. We have BAD DT’s , BAD safeties , BAD CB’s, it’s piss poor. And this staff is delusional with the “depth”. In order for a half Cripple like Jaylon Smith to work you better have some monsters at DT. They didn’t learn from their mistake in the Rams playoff game last year and it hit them in the *** this year. Priority #1 for the NEW staff is getting some stud DT’s. Look at every good def throughout history.

Sad but true. Money is the root of all evil. That is the motivation of this all.

It's that simple, is it? Moore is willing to risk losing his job to pad Dak's stats? Mmmmaybe, but I doubt it.
Moore can point the finger and say “look how many yards and Td’s Dak has under me” you don’t think that’ll be appealing to other teams with young QB’s? There’s suppose to be 5/6 QB’s drafted in the 1st round this year....he won’t be out of a job long. But it’s not what we are. Maybe the conspiracy that “Dak won’t sign until Garrett is gone” is true. Maybe kellon Moore doesn’t even want to be here he’s just showing other teams”hey look what kind of numbers I can put up with a young QB”.

Teams don't look for OCs who can pad a QB's stats. They look for ones who make good game plans, and win. Most FOs aren't stupid. They actually check out potential hires.

Running the ball to the red zone, then changing the philosophy once they get there is a classic Garrett ploy, seemingly trying to outsmart the defense. It works the other way too. If the passing game gets them to the red zone, they try to run it in.

don’t be so sure about that. I can look at Mcvay with the Commanders, and Shanahan with the Falcons they didn’t”win” much at all. What Moore has done this year is very appealing to a team like the Bengals or dolphins who will take a QB in the 1st round. If Dak gets 5000 yards Moore will be considered for Head coaching positions.

I understand what you're saying, but I really don't think Moore thinks that way. If he favors the ball being in Dak's hands at all, I think it's because he was a QB too, but I can't honestly say I believe there's much chance that Moore is doing anything other than trying to give the team their best chance to win.

He doesn’t have enough experience. It was a horrible choice of hire for an offense with this kind of talent to make this hire. It needed to be a coordinator with experience who isn’t buddy buddy with Dak. I still think a young QB needs discipline and needs that look when he makes a mistake. Garrett and Moore are too spineless for that. It’s almost over 4 more games till we all have relief.

I think Moore would do better without Garrett holding him back.

Dak is simply mediocre, that’s the truth . Whenever that was said , many on this board went bunkers claiming Dak is comparable to Tom Brady blah blah ...

Dak is overrated and it shows so often , and especially against good teams.

It more simpler than that. This is JG's influence on the offense. JG used to do this with Romo before Jerry took away his OC duties. Romo haters used to blame him for audibling out of a run play when it was JG. Now we are seeing it again since JG can easily bully Moore into doing what he wants.

He’s a top 10 QB. He is not elite but better than mediocre. He’s good enough to win with. Dak is the least of the Cowboys problems.

I halfway agree, but the offensive line is nowhere near the level that their reputation props them up to be.

Today was an exception, but Zeke (who I don’t like, btw) has been running into brick walls all season.

Sure, he’s lost his burst, but the running lanes just have not been there like they were in seasons passed.

Today though, heck yeah! Should have fed zeke 25 times because he was hitting it hard and was looking really dynamic

It's simple really. All QB's think the best way to move the ball is through the passing game. So you get a guy who used to play QB as a coordinator and he's going to call plays like a QB. QB's think pass first, run second.

Let Moore be your coordinator, but let Colombo call the plays. IMO things will be better that way.

I'm all for running the football.....but when teams stack the line of scrimmage on first down w/ 8 guys...you gotta run play action...and get some yards. Set up 2nd and short....then run the football....and if we are short...run it again. Our problem is.....we keep running into loaded fronts on 1st down....then your looking @ 2nd and long....incomplete pass or short run...then your playing into the defenses hands...3rd and long...and defenses can dictate your offense w/ blitzes. Your screwed. It's been the same trap we we fall into time and time again...because we are so hell bent on making Zeke the focal point of the offense.

You can't tell me this isn't Garrett messing w/ the game plan...because that's what he does.

Don’t get misled by QBR stats . Drew brees is ranked 29 minshew 20 , , baker mayfield 13 , Kyle Murray 14 , josh Allen 16, Lamar Jackson 16 , etc etc

All of them are better than Dak . The intangibles and game results indicate Dak just does not have what it takes to lead the most expensive franchise in USA sports and 2nd most expensive franchise in the world .
