If the players would just all do their jobs and the officiating wasn't so bad it looks like it is controlled by organized crime, Wade would be a great coach.
Oh, occasionally Wade may make a mistake, but the overwhelming majority of the time it is the players who are dropping the passes, fumbling the ball away, not staying in their coverage lanes, moving before the ball is snapped, not catching passes that hit them right between the numbers, missing field goals, running 3rd down routes 2 yards short of the 1st down marker, etc.
If the Boys would just quit doing all of this stuff they could go straight to the SuperBowl. They don't need a coach to fix any of it. The coaches tell them what to do, but they just don't do it. A new coach won't fix any of this because the players have known how to do all of these things correctly since they were kids.
If they just go out and do their jobs, they will go to the Super Bowl. Wade will go with them, but only the players can get them there.
