Maybe it's the high I'm still riding from attending Game 2 of the ALCS, but this loss barely even phased me. I saw the loss coming plain as day once Harvin took that kickoff to the house. A familiar feeling just crept through me and I saw every offensive miscue, drive killing penalty, and pass interference call play out in my mind before they happened, because I knew they would.

A year ago a single loss to any team would turn me into a fuming ball of disgust because I knew that team had a chance of winning any game it played. Not this team. I feel exactly like I did during the Campo/Carter era. I just don't care. I don't even know how to begin to explain this entire team regression because it's unthinkable how such a talented team who won a playoff game last year is now 1-4. This team has the talent in place to win another Lombardi, but it won't be under Wade Phillips.

I'm getting to a point of being comfortably numb with it all.

Being a Cowboys fan means that you constantly get jabs from other fans, you hear all the cliche insults, and you just keep waiting on that year that they'll finally put it together - so you can walk around proudly with your jersey or hat on and silence all the haters.

I know Hos has a saying, Embrace the hatred. But it's been more difficult than ever these past 2 months. Because the majority of it is justified.

100% Agree with those emotions. However, It really did not take the Pervin TD. Once we got the celebration penalty I just had a bad feeling and became complacent with every single play. It just had that feeling to it.

Been pretty numb most of the year myself, Jerry Jones is not worth my Cowboys....he's ruined something for me that was beutiful....but it's been comming for so long it's more like an old scar than a fresh wound....Jerry Jones is what everyone sees when you say Dallas Cowboys he's the face of the Franchise...screw him to hell in a hand basket.
