And he did run man behind the blitz (which should be simpler to execute) and he still got burned. Zim is an excellent defensive mind. Has coordinated great defenses. Yet he works with subpar + flawed talent here and basically can’t do anything no matter how many adjustments he makes.

Comes out in a 6-1 front and stuffs the run and has a plan in the passing game. Then the bottom falls out, they go after Donovan Wilson, then Dak throws an int in enemy territory and can’t offense sustain drives.

Interesting how Dak ran off a bunch of points and Zim was able to keep san fran at bay for Dak to have an exceptional chance to win. 4 incompletions and a near int later…….a lose
