It Never Gets Old

I think if Green Bay played that Eagles team 100 times the pack would win 95 of them. Philly's oline sucks. I laughed throughout that game: HARD.

I was worrying about the Eagles at our home for the SB. Aaaaaahhhh. So satisfying.

Now if the Steelers then GB get knocked out my life will be complete. Well, sort of. For now.

:hammer:

Given that the Cowboys are out of the playoffs, the Eagles elimination is the best thing that could happen. Now if only the Steelers and the Patriots are eliminated, then you would see one happy dude!!!!

Ahh....happy day.

A Philly one-and-done is about as good as it gets.

Its just another example of how getting hot going into the playoffs is extremely important.

PAckers were hot... Philly was not.

If Pittsburgh and NE lose next week, my wish list will be complete this playoff season!

New Orleans - OUT
Indy - OUT
Philly - OUT
NE - ??
Pitts - ??

My exact same list but i'm actually rooting for NE to win it all, I find myself being a Brady fan!

Yeah, I HAVE seen our line: but we aren't talking about US because we aren't in the playoffs. Neither is Philly anymore: mostly because of their crappy oline: which was my original point. You guys are slow today.......

Exception to that rule:

Saints lost 3 in a row to end last season and still won the Super Bowl

I love it too.

I'm so sick of the Philly/Vick story.

He, without a doubt did some "nice" things this year. But the stories that were being written, "Vick is the greatest", "Vick is better than before", "Vick has Andy Reid and thats why.... " blah blah blah.

I didnt buy it for a second. You force him to be a true blue QB and he is the same old Vick. We saw it against us and you saw it yesterday as well as other games this year.

Glad they lost. Glad he is out of it. I like feel good stories, I love them. But I didnt want to see his.

Forget Vick. The greatest joy I take out of this is that hot dog DeSean Jackson has to shut up and go home. Can't stand that showboating clown and his end zone acrobatics. He's got the next T.O/Chad Johnson/Randy Moss knucklehead act written all over him....

I like to call it Eagle Elimination Day! It should be a yearly holiday tradition on this board.

great day indeed. I must admit i enjoyed the Giants missing out on the playoffs altogether, but Philly losing was nice as well. Im hoping the Jets win it all because theyre a team i can tolerate

here's hoping the Seahawks win it all. :D

but really, it's possible for them to get to the Super Bowl. does anyone really trust Cutler or the Bears? i don't. and if the Packers beat the Falcons, then the Seahawks would get them at Qwest Field, where they play really well. if they went to the Super Bowl, they'd finally have a winning record on the season. haha!

okay, back to reality.

as long as the Steelers don't win one, I'm happy. well, I don't want the Pats to win either.

i'd even go so far as to say this: if the Eagles and Steelers would've played in the Super Bowl, i would've rooted for the Eagles. anyone else? i DO NOT want the Steelers to get their 7th.

How cool would it be for the Seahawks to make it all the way, face the Steelers, be about 20 point underdogs, and then get a bunch of questionable calls to go their way and pull off the upset?

Yeah, I know -- I'm dreaming. Questionable calls would never go against the Steelers.
