I was glad to see Dallas up their game significantly against the Gnats. I was very pleased to see Dak throw the ball with some snap and accuracy. This was probably the most velocity I seen from the kid all along on a consistent basis. (Please take the fade out of the playbook until he learns to throw it). His pocket presence and awareness was much improved over last week. Regarding the RPO, my son said, that's what we saw him do at MS ST for years ... It's good to have in the toolbox - just pick the right times to use it. NFL = Not For Long when it comes to QB loading up on the runs ...

Was very happy to see Linehan call a more imaginative game at least early on. We'll need that to shore up a shortage of stud talent offensively. The D is much improved - I think the secondary coach from Seattle is having a great impact with our DBs.

We're not a great team and I don't know that we can be one unless our OL gels, learns and gets healthy. We are, however a fairly good team in a league of mediocre football and parity ... Keep improving, stay healthy and who knows?

In regards to the O-line, C. Williams looked way better tonight than last week. Night and day.

But we've got to clean up these holding penalties. It sucked the life out of a drive or two again tonight.
