I think ATL goes with a QB and Bengals reunite Burrow and Chase. It makes too much senseLet's run a quick mock draft with the now-established top 10. No trades.
Jacksonville: I'll be fun and say Justin Fields. Let's go, Urban Meyer.
New York Jets: Lawrence no question.
Miami: Sewell, although I wouldn't rule out a QB.
Atlanta: Farley. CB1 in my book.
Bengals: Slater. No question they go OL.
Philadelphia: Chase. They might pick Wilson here if Wentz and Hurts are really both on the outs.
Detroit: Parsons. BPA defender for a unit that needs help everywhere.
Carolina: Zack Wilson. Devonta Smith is a good pick if they don't want to move on from Teddy.
Denver: Lance / riser QB of the offseason. Lock isn't cutting it, going in to '21 with him starting is non-optional.
That drops Surtain and Pitts into our lap at #10.
Writing this out though makes me realize just how many unknown QB situations there are in the league. With a lot of free agent QBs this offseason and a lot of teams with QBs in flux, we won't really know where we stand till the dust settles in March.
And I think Lance will creep into the top-10 (Great for us)
