It's All About The Draft Now

I do not believe it is so much about the actual record of this team at this time as it is the results of the defense that causes me to believe this season is doomed. Over. Fini.

I do not believe Jerry Jones can make a series of trades to fix what is perhaps the worst defense this team has ever fielded. And that includes the early Sixties defenses. Any actions by Jones in serving up[ draft picks to other teams will go the way of the Parson's trade. GB gets better and Dallas gets worse.

I don't think this team will need to tank. This defense will do that on its own.

My opinion, Dallas needs to do everything to protect those top draft picks. Prepare for the next off season and do thorough research to come away with a group of players that will improve this team. Avoid the Mazi's, and Schoonmaker's in the coming next two years and truly find quality on the defensive side of the field.

And for goodness sake, do not come from the draft room and claim you just had a special team's draft.

The rebuild starts today.

It is looking likely that they will have a top 10 pick and this isn't tanking. I see just three winnable games left on their schedule.

I think at some point they need to bench the vets they want to move on from.

Diggs and Steele have no more guarantees going into next year. If Injured and can't pass a physical in March they will either need to wait till they pass or discuss an injury payout before cutting

Maybe Revel can play to end the year, and Nate Thomas needs to get more snaps IMO.
