I do agree though, fix the trenches on both sides. A big productive young DT is needed. As well at least get some depth on the OL, and those players must eventually become starters.Tyron Smith, will get injured again, and Martin is getting older. Need to find their replacements.

We fans have known this for a very long time, but the coaching and FO still do not give the DT a priority. Maybe Quinn changes that this draft.

Listening to Big Mike talk about the running game yesterday it lead me to believe OL is high on the draft chart this year.

I would have ZERO problems if the Cowboys went CB, OL or DL the first two rounds.

Yeah I like a mobile 3-tech too but we get hurt up the middle too much.

If MM is saying that he wants to run the dammm football, then Dallas needs to be selecting road graders on the OL. They need an identity and stick to it. Get some big play running backs while they're at it. The days of Zeke running like he's got concrete blocks on his feet are over. And then be able to stop the run on D. That's how you build the trenches. Skill position players are replaceable when you can control the LOS.

Wasn't Connor Williams really good last season? Sounds like a coaching and scheme problem occurred there. As usual they don't get the most from their players despite having the necessary talent.

He was. He played an entirely new position (Center) and had less penalties. He graded out at 78.4, had 6 penalties (Tied 6th best) and allowed 3 sacks (Tied 9th best)

In Miami he played 1,056 snaps and had 6 penalties. In 2022 he played 948 and had 15 penalties

Couldn’t agree more. Give your QB time to scan the pocket and aid in the running game, a bonus. The opposite can be said if you improve the DL.
